Terms of Service
Effective Date: January 1, 2024
1. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging with NovaCast & Co. as a talent client, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Commission & Fees
NovaCast & Co. charges a commission of 10–15% on all deals closed on your behalf. All commissions are clearly disclosed upfront.
3. Creator Ownership
You retain full ownership of your content, channel, and brand.
4. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' written notice. Contact legal@novacast.co.
